Anyway e-smog or electro-mag and light-smog are correlating 100%: If the spectrum is coherent / periodic (AC current) than the light can be health damaging ... it should be DC and addapted to the day light conditions, which are NOT modulated by any frequencies! This are "light technics" and not "natural light"; I'm not talking about the wave length in nano-meters like yellow, green, red ... on top his light is modulated by for instance 50 Hz plus "harmonics" (they are not harmonic for human eyes et cetera).
